The Heald Partnership was established in 2020 by experienced Executive Search professional, Barry Heald, following a 27-year career with a leading Global recruitment company and as an Equity Partner with Howgate Sable LLP.
His extensive sector and functional experience extends to supporting UK listed, multinational, private, and private equity owned organisations appoint senior executives across the UK and Europe.
Providing a boutique and highly responsive service, backed by vastly experienced Research support, enables The Heald Partnership to operate flexibly, at considerable pace and agility, with the majority of mandates being placed with us by long established clients and personal recommendations.

In addition to his role as Founder Director of The Heald Partnership, Barry is a Trustee of mental health and wellbeing charity, Mind over Mountains and a proud member of The April Fools Club a group of serving RAF Officers and business professionals who raise funds for the RAF Benevolent Fund.
